Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant/ Project Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and integration.
- Mentor and support a team of Salesforce consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
