We are seeking a Product Owner to lead Phase 2 enhancements, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow and HRSD to manage the backlog, define requirements, and ensure solutions align with business goals and drive adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

Prioritise features and manage backlog based on business value.

Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories.

Collaborate with technical teams to validate and guide solutions.

Engage stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and other functions.

Lead workshops and facilitate communication to align objectives.

Support change management and user adoption.

Ensure data quality and compliance throughout delivery.
Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of HR (onboarding, payroll), procurement, or related processes.

Experience in agile environments with backlog management and product ownership.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules (Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Case Management).

Knowledge of additional ServiceNow features and integrations is a plus.
