Our client is for experienced Day Concierges to join the team at their luxury development in North West London.

Rota: 4 days on, 4 days off

Hours: 7am - 7pm

Salary: Up to 30,000pa

Start Date: ASAP

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all residents and visitors to the site, proactively and professionally.
  • Carry out regular building checks and log/report any issues or maintenance to the relevant management, ensuring all Health & Safety compliance is met and enforced as needed.
  • Assist with residents needs reactively, always working in line with the company's expectations and high standards of service.
  • Handle regular intake of parcels and deliveries, with the relevant security checks.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, whilst sometimes working under pressure.
  • Relevant security checks to identify all contractors, visitors and guests to the development. As well as monitoring CCTV and site safety throughout your shift, ensuring safety of all residents and colleagues.
  • Understand and be aware of your Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and always adhere to these.
  • Ensure the communal areas are always kept clean, tidy, and presentable.
  • Report any incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager promptly.
  • Dealing with guests/residents' concerns or complaints, including a follow-up in person or writing.
  • Complete all handover and operational reports for every shift.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels.
  • Reliable and good timekeeping.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the highest level of customer service.
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
