Sales Progressor Based in Islington covering Hamstead & Islington branches

Salary £32,000 £35,000 (Depending on Experience) OTE £38,000 - £40,000

Working Hours- Mondays 8:30- 6:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.45am 6.30pm Fridays - 8:30am - 6pm

Our client based in the popular and busy area of Islington are looking for a fantastic Sales progressor to join their friendly team and cover their Hampstead & Islington Branches progression. Responsibilities:

Managing the key administration process.

Managing the EPC process on behalf of vendors.

Managing the board process.

Sending terms and conditions out for all instructions.

Managing the compliance for all buyers and vendors.

Organising media to be booked on existing and new instructions.

Writing descriptions for all new instructions.

Uploading media to Jupix to create marketing.

Organising administration throughout the sales conveyancing process tis is to include:

oEICR and gas safety certificates

oRemovals

Assist the Senior sales progressor throughout the conveyancing cycle.

Learning and educating yourself on all aspects of the conveyancing cycle.

Report to directors with key metrics for solicitor recommendations

Organise completion packs.

Organise client gifts.

  • Send invoices to solicitors and follow up through to payment.
