With over 50 years of experience, we specialize in screen printing and have nine automatic presses capable of printing 40,000 garments per day, with up to 12 colours per design. Our entire process, from initial design to final packaging, takes place at our factory premises, ensuring high-quality results every step of the way.
We are seeking a Sample Hand Carousel Screen Printer to join our team. You will have some knowledge and experience as a Hand Carousel Printers, producing high-quality prints on T-Shirts to send to customers for approval, using screen printing techniques. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collect screens from the Screen Department
- Set up and take down screen printing equipment, including manual carousel presses
- Load and unload garments or other items onto the printing press
- Ensure accurate registration of screens and maintain consistent ink quality
- Monitor print quality to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Troubleshoot printing issues, such as ink smudging or misalignment
- Clean and maintain equipment, including screens and squeegees
- Collaborate with the Art Room team to ensure design accuracy
- Collect blank T-shirts from stock or goods-in, ready for printing
Requirements:
- Some knowledge and experience as a Hand Carousel Screen Printer
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with GCSE-level English (reading and writing required)
- GCSE or equivalent education required
- Fluent English (required)
- Work authorization in the United Kingdom(required)
- Be available for overtime when required
- Ability to work in person at our location in London, NW2 7JJ (required)
