Contract: Full-Time, Academic Year (with a view to permanency)
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Up to MPS6 + SEN Allowance (SEN1) £53,500

The Role
As one of the school's SENDCO, you will:
Jointly lead the strategic development of SEN provision across the school.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, external agencies, and senior leaders.
Monitor, review, and adapt interventions to ensure all pupils with SEND make strong progress.
Provide high-quality training and guidance to staff to uphold best practices in SEN and inclusion.
Champion the school's values and inclusive vision at all levels.
The Team
You'll be joining a robust and supportive Inclusion Team, which includes another SENDCO and a dedicated Inclusion Lead. The structure has been designed to maintain a balanced and manageable workload across the team.

About You
We are looking for:
A qualified teacher with QTS.
The National Award for SEN Coordination (or currently working towards it).
Proven experience supporting children with a wide range of special educational needs.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and a deep belief in every child's potential.
