Academics is actively seeking an outstanding EYFS Teacher who has experience of leading the EYFS phase.

* A qualified EYFS Teacher with UK QTS and a track record of delivering high-quality early years education.* Be a proven, strong EYFS teacher who has a clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning, curriculum andcurriculum design.* Experience of leading EYFS, or experience of leading and enhancing the phase.* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development and the pivotal role this phase has inchildren's overall development.* A proactive and inspiring leader who can support and develop the EYFS team.* A commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.* A commitment to developing an engaging and exciting curriculum, providing children with practical learning experiences set within a very strong learning environment.

* Experience of teaching phoics in EYFS.* Ability to work collaboratively with parents, including presentations.
