An exciting opportunity for an experienced Junior sous ChefBakerto join a highly skilled team in a state-of-the-art production kitchen in SW London. You will work closely with the team to produce exceptional breads using the finest ingredients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the team in leading daily bread production, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of goods such as bread, Viennoiserie, brioche, short pastries and other baked items, following methods and recipes in place
  • Ensure that all products are prepared to high standards of taste, texture, and presentation, following the standard instructed by the head of department.
  • Train, mentor, and oversee junior bakers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and hygiene in the bakery
  • Innovate and refine recipes, working with the wider team on seasonal product development

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are skilled in traditional and modern bread techniques including shaping and mixing
