Senior SCRUM Master (Agile, Kanban) -£65-75,000 – London/Hybrid

Due to exciting growth we are looking to bring on a Senior SCRUM Master (Agile, Kanban) to facilitate scrum to the large BAU teams of both onsite and offshore developers.

As our new Senior SCRUM Master (Agile, Kanban) you will be committed to the scrum methodology, agile principles, and best practice and will support the teams in agile ways of working, as they work on the cloud transformation program. It will lay a strong foundation, and improve efficiencies using Kanban to support the cloud platform team.

On a daily basis the Senior SCRUM Master (Agile, Kanban) will be responsible for:

  • Serve and support the product owner (or product owner group) and development teams in their objective of providing solutions to the business
  • Operate at team level, be a change agent with a passion for working with one or two teams to help them deliver their best work
  • Assist with implementing a flexible agile framework that responds to business change
  • Coach the team on the Agile Values and Principles and look for opportunity to improve across the teams as a whole
  • Work with Agile Coach in assessing the agile maturity of teams and help coach teams to a higher level of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SCRUM Master (Agile, Kanban) looking to join an exciting brand and take a leading role introducing Agile methodology to the BAU teams. You must have Cloud transformation experience along with multiple frameworks. The role offers a top salary and awesome benefits along with hybrid working.
