Were looking for a sharp, detail-focusedCommissioning Managerto take ownership of the final, mission-critical phase of high-profile mechanical, electrical, and fit-out projects. Youll coordinate people, processes, and testingensuring everything functions exactly as it should before handover.

This is your chance to play a key role in delivering exceptional, fully operational environments across commercial, public, and heritage spaces.

What Youll Do

  • Lead commissioning of MEP and fit-out works from start to sign-off

  • Coordinate subcontractors, designers, FM teams, and security for all testing activities

  • Develop and manage detailed test plans, reports, and client documentation

  • Resolve commissioning issues quickly and efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specs

  • Represent commissioning in client and stakeholder meetings

What Youll Bring

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related)

  • Strong commissioning experience on MEP/fit-out projects

  • Great documentation, reporting, and coordination skills

  • Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and solution-driven

  • Clear, confident communicator across all levels

Desirable Extras

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • Experience with heritage buildings or high footfall environments
