Senior Sous Chef
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous to work closely with an experienced Head Chef and General Manager at this popular and successful neighbourhood restaurant.
As Senior Sous Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing services for up to 100 covers +, as well as taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Youll work with quality ingredients, cooking French/European influences. Everything is made in house to a high standard.
- Average of 48 hours per week - Mixture of shifts including weekends.

The Person
Previous experience as a Senior Sous/Sous Chef within busy quality restaurants is needed, with sound knowledge of fresh European cuisine.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 10-12 Chefs.
Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
