Focusing on fresh, seasonal British ingredients, you will be hands on in the kitchen, assisting in menu development as well as managing and training the team.
You will be responsible for kitchen admin such as rotas, stock control , food costs, health and safety and quality control.
You should have experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in modern European restaurants, be highly organised and confident in running the kitchen.
