An exceptional Sous Chef is needed for a new multi-level Modern Japanese restaurant with a capacity of 200 covers.
Candidates should have experience in similar high-end establishments like Nobu, Roka, and Zuma.
A strong understanding of Asian cuisine is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits, along with opportunities for global travel to new restaurant openings.
Applicants must have a proven and stable background in Japanese, Peruvian, or Asian cuisine, with a commitment to working 7 shifts per week.

I am looking for an exceptional Sous Chef for this new opening, the restaurant is a 200 cover multi level Modern Japanese restaurant.

Candidates should have a background from similar style Restaurants such as Nobu,Roka and Zuma.

I need candidates to demonstrate a strong understanding in Asian Cuisine.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a great package and working conditions as well as the opportunity to travel to existing sites and new sites globally that are in the pipeline to open over the next 2 years in Europe and the USA .
