Were looking for a skilled and reliable Sous Chef to join our small, supportive team and help shape the kitchen as we grow.
The Role:Run service and support the Head Chef with daily prep and kitchen operations
Maintain high standards across quality, cleanliness, and consistency
Contribute ideas to seasonal, produce-led menus
Full-time | 50 hours/week | Tuesday to Saturday
Regular days off: Sunday & Monday
Experience at Sous or strong Junior Sous level
Solid knowledge of classical techniques and confident with fresh produce
Organised, clean, and calm under pressure
Team player with good communication and energy
£42500 per. annum(including service charge)

Set schedule with two consecutive days off
