A medium-sized NHS hospital are recruiting for a Band 7 Mammographer to join a breast screening service in the East London area. Suitable post holders will provide a safe and efficient imaging and Breast Mammography service based at a single site. The post holder will also be required to support the Superintendent Radiographer & Deputy General Manager for Radiology in organisation of mammography staff across this NHS trust. As this is a senior post, the post holder will also be expected to help mentor junior staff within the wider multidisciplinary team.
Suitable candidates will have advanced clinical skills in mammography and prior Band 7 level NHS experience. Â
