You will play an important role in supporting tax compliance efforts. Your responsibilities will include assisting with VAT and cross-border returns, preparing tax-related submissions, and providing vital documentation for internal review. You will collaborate daily with accounting teams and liaise with local and global stakeholders to ensure tax reporting processes run smoothly.  Additionally, there will be opportunities to contribute to tax projects, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and strengthening the overall tax function.   • Assist in preparing tax documentation, including VAT and cross-border filings.
  • Support tax administration by tracking payments, notices, and submissions.
  • Work on ad hoc tax-related projects, supporting the Director of Accounting.
  • Contribute to tax-related reconciliations and analysis of tax-sensitive data.
  • Maintain and enhance tax compliance controls across the organisation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external advisors to ensure efficient tax reporting.
 Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or tax-related role.
  • Strong understanding of indirect taxes, including VAT and GST.
  • Proficiency in an ERP tool.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
