Great opportunity for a Tax Solicitor to join a leading West-End Firm in their Corporate Tax department at either NQ or junior Associate level.

The Firm

Our client is a highly reputable practice with an excellent reputation for their work in the real estate and private wealth sectors.

They act for an impressive client-base including real estate funds, property companies, high net worth individuals, investors, developers, entrepreneurs and more.

They're now seeking a Tax Solicitor to join their close-knit Corporate Tax team at either NQ or junior Associate level.

The Opportunity

Their Corporate Tax team sits within the firm's Corporate & Commercial team and work very closely with their Top Tier Private Wealth and Real Estate Teams.

The team provide UK tax advice as well as International and cross-border tax advice spanning Carried Interest, Employee Incentivisataion, Financing, Funds, M&A, Partnerships, joint ventures & co-ownership, indirect taxes, Real Estate and reconstruction and re-organisations.

This is a unique opportunity for a junior Associate to work very closely with, and be mentored by two Partners (including the team's Head of Department) who have a wealth of experience in the field of Tax.

Their focus is on M&A and corporate reorganisations/restructurings, advising large institutional clients on forward-funding transactions and high-end mixed-use developments.

Whilst this firm guarantees you exposure to high quality work, they are also known for their incredibly supportive and flexible culture.

Requirements

  • Qualified Tax Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years' PQE
  • At NQ level, you MUST have undertaken a seat within Tax
  • Experience working at a Top 50 Law Firm in London
