Role overviewOur Client a specialist Family firm are seeking a qualified family law solicitor with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team in City of London. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and dedicated family law professional to advance their career in a supportive and progressive environment.Key responsibilities
  • Handling a varied & usy caseload of HNW family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes and prenuptial agreements.
  • Advising clients on complex legal issues with a focus on tailored, client-centric solutions.
  • Providing supervision and guidance to junior team members where appropriate.
  • Engaging in business development activities, including networking, building relationships with clients and referrers and contributing to the firm’s growth.
  • Demonstrating excellent organisation and document management skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy in case handling.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law developments and applying this expertise to client matters.
Key skills and experience
  • A qualified solicitor with 4-6 years PQE in family law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholder.
  • Experience of running and assisting with High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth/International clients.
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law, including financial settlements and child arrangements.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied caseload independently.
  • Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Strong IT proficiency.
  • A proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach to meeting client needs.
