This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Team Assistant to support a busy and property team across various levels, providing first class admin support. The successful assistant will work with a solution orientated approach, have excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships. This is an incredibly fast paced role, so it is important that the Team Assistant is proactive, collaborative and has a flexible approach to their work.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team of approx 10
  • Extensive diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare documents and reports using Excel
  • Organise travel as required
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure databases are up to date
  • Create and update presentations and other materials using Canva and In-Design
  • Process any invoices and expenses
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with team events, site visits and ad hoc projects
About You:
  • Strong Team support experience, ideally within professional services
  • Knowledge of InDesign & Canva is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Proven ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, and professional with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Enjoy working within a collaborative environment
