We're looking for a Team Leader - Bridging Finance to spearhead our specialist finance division. You’ll be hands-on in complex cases while coaching a team of brokers to deliver market-leading results.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a growing team of specialist finance brokers
- Driving performance through leadership, training, and strategic input
- Managing your own pipeline of high-value bridging and commercial finance cases
- Supporting team members with deal structuring and lender relationships
- Ensuring compliance and FCA standards are met across the team
- Collaborating with senior leadership on growth strategies and resource planning
What We Offer
- Base salary of £50,000 - £75,000
- Uncapped commission - realistic OTE of £100,000+

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in bridging, development or commercial finance
- At least 2 years’ experience in mortgage or finance advisory
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring others
- Full CeMAP or equivalent preferred
- Excellent understanding of property finance and the UK lending market
- Results-driven and commercially minded
- Confident, credible, and capable of leading by example
- Committed to building a collaborative, high-performing team culture
