We’re looking for a detail-oriented Trade Mark Formalities Administrator to join our clients established Trade Marks department on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you’ll manage trade mark filings, renewals, and records for our clients UK and international offices. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth and efficient trade mark processes - previous experience within a Trade Mark Paralegal or Administrative position is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade mark databases, keeping records up-to-date.
  • File trade mark and design applications with UKIPO, OHIM, WIPO, and instruct global agents.
  • Process contentious filings, renewals, and assignments.
  • Provide clients with filing updates and reports.
  • Handle communications with IP offices and clients.
  • Oversee trade mark watch notices and manage debit accounts.
  • Conduct basic searches and process certificates.
