Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a strong sales strategy to drive both proactive and reactive business.

  • Build, manage and mentor a high-performing team focused on growth and service excellence.

  • Personally secure high-value bookings, convert leads, and build long-term client relationships.

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and prioritising high-potential opportunities.

  • Promote value-based selling techniques, focusing on the venue's unique offering over price competition.

  • Contribute to the long-term commercial planning of the business, with the opportunity to step into a senior strategic leadership role.



What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in a senior sales role within venues, hospitality, events, or similar.

  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and grow a team.

  • A track record of converting complex, high-value bookings.

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, with excellent decision-making and organisational skills.

  • CRM and data-literate - or able to build support systems to maintain accuracy and insight.
