Oliver James are currently partnered with a leading consultancy client seeking a Workday Financials Record to Report (R2R) Specialist operating at Manager or Senior Manager level. You'll play a key role in delivering enterprise-level finance transformation programmes, working across high-profile clients in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Record to Report workstreams on large-scale Workday Financials implementations.

  • Guide clients on best practices, particularly around general ledger, period close, allocations, and financial reporting.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.

  • Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering Workday Financials projects, with a focus on R2R processes.

  • Consulting background with a track record of managing complex finance transformation programmes.

  • Strong understanding of Workday's capabilities within finance operations.

  • Workday certifications (especially in Financials) are beneficial but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
