The Role:

This is a practical, team-leading position where your focus will be on delivering top-quality garden maintenance and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out all general gardening duties: watering, pruning, planting (including seasonal bulbs/annuals), pest & disease control, and lawn care.
  • Working across both indoor and outdoor planting schemes.
  • Overseeing and supporting a small team (1-3 people) to ensure daily tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Engaging with clients on-site and handling any queries professionally.
  • Completing and updating electronic job sheets with accurate notes and action points.

What You'll Need:

  • A background and current experience in garden maintenance or horticulture roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of plants, pruning techniques, seasonal tasks, and general garden care.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence is highly desirable, especially with van driving experience, though not essential.
