Job Title: Freelance Designer - Kitchens, Bathrooms & Wardrobes
Location: Marylebone, London - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days working from home)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance Designer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in joinery, specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes. Working as part of a small design team of 4, you will support ongoing projects and contribute to delivering high-quality, client-focused designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed design drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD.
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into bespoke designs.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project deadlines.
Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to source appropriate materials and finishes.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team where needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a design role within the joinery or interior fit-out sector.
Strong portfolio showcasing kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and practicality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
Contract Details:
Freelance / contract position.
Hybrid working - 3 days in Marylebone office, 2 days from home.
Competitive day rate (dependent on experience).
Ongoing / project-based work.
