We have partnered with an independent brand and marketing agency who have over 25 years' working with not-for-profit organisations, global brands, to SMEs and start-ups. Clients include; The Royal Albert Hall, Nickelodeon, and YouGov to name a few. They are looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join their creative team. Offices are based in London and they work 4 days in the office / 1 day remote.

THE ROLEWe're looking for a sharp-thinking, layout-loving, ideas-ready Midweight Graphic Designer to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who's confident with creative delivery, comfortable taking a project from scamp to sign-off and always up for a new challenge.

You'll be working across brand identities, campaigns, social content and print. Supporting senior designers while mentoring juniors and bringing thoughtful design solutions to a wide range of briefs. If you've got an eye for detail, a flair for typography and a genuine interest in purpose-led work, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is hands-on and collaborative. You'll be expected to contribute creatively, think strategically and care deeply about the craft of what you produce.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking & execution
  • Confident across layout, typography and visual storytelling
  • Comfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Familiar with designing for social media platforms, including static and motion-based formats
  • Some experience with After Effects and Premier an advantage
  • Able to take direction and also work independently when needed
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a sharp eye for detail

DESIRABLES

  • Experience in the charity or non-profit sectors a major plus
  • Skills in motion design or video editing (e.g. After Effects/Premier)
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and explaining creative thinking
  • Experience designing content for social media, including adapting layouts for different platforms and collaborating with content teams
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage time and projects efficiently
