Nursery Deputy Manager

Richmond, London

Salary - 38,000 - Dependent on experience

At Joneshouse Recruitment we are excited to be working with one of the outstanding and well managed Private Day Nurseries based in Richmond

We are looking for a Deputy Manager or Third in Charge currently seeking new opportunities. We are a small, nursery based in South West London, and are looking for someone confident in taking on a leadership role while also being happy to work as a room leader due to the size of the setting.

This position would be well-suited to someone currently working as a Third in Charge at a larger nursery, or someone ready to take the next step up in their career.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have level 3 qualification and experience of working with children
  • Have a good understanding of the current EYFS
  • Previous experience of Ofsted inspections would be an advantage
  • Passionate and have empathy for working with children.
  • An excellent understanding of the EYFS and the ability to apply those skills within the setting
  • Have a minimum of 12 months experience of working within a Childcare setting
