The Theatre Coordinator will:
- Ensure professional and national standards are met, serving as a role model for junior team members.
- Manage staffing levels and skills to meet patient needs in the perioperative environment.
- Coordinate clinical activities for maximum efficiency and provide clinical leadership to theatre staff.
- Help achieve performance targets and ensure staff meet clinical and professional competence requirements.
- Lead the Theatre team, maintaining accurate documentation and a clean theatre environment.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, health and safety, and improve clinical standards through audits.
- Collaborate with other departments and hospital personnel to enhance service delivery.
