Curriculum Director – English and MathsFull-Time | Cross-Campus (London)Salary- £61,000- £73,000Are you a passionate and experienced education leader ready to make a meaningful impact across a dynamic, multi-site college? We are seeking a Curriculum Director of English and Maths to lead our teams across five main sites and several outreach centres in London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of English and Maths programmes.
  • Inspire and support teaching teams to deliver high-quality, learner-centred education.
  • Ensure curriculum development is aligned with national standards and meets the diverse needs of learners.
  • Foster cross-campus collaboration and consistency in teaching and learning.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across all sites.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Inspiring Leadership: A strong background in either English or Maths with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
  • Multi-Site Expertise: Proven experience managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Occupational Competence: Subject expertise in at least one area (English or Maths), ensuring high standards across the curriculum.
