Our client, a respected membership organisation, is seeking a proactive Education Coordinator to support the delivery of their learning and training programmes on a temporary basis. This is a key role ensuring smooth operation and effective communication across teams and stakeholders during a busy delivery period.

As an Education Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of education and training programmes, workshops, and events

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including speakers, trainers, and participants

  • Manage delegate bookings, event logistics, and learning materials

  • Support the collection and evaluation of feedback to improve future delivery

  • Maintain accurate records on CRM and learning management systems

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the education team

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience coordinating educational events, programmes, or training activities

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally CRM or learning management systems

  • A flexible, detail-oriented approach and ability to work to tight deadlines

  • A team player, able to work independently and use initiative
