Key Responsibilities: Head of Business Studies
- Lead and manage the Business Studies department effectively
- Deliver engaging Business lessons at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
- Monitor and improve student progress and attainment
- Support curriculum planning and departmental development
- Inspire students and staff through high expectations and consistent leadership
Person Specification: Head of Business Studies
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Business Studies
- A clear understanding of curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Leadership potential or prior experience as a subject leader or second in department
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A desire to contribute to whole-school improvement
