About the Role: Head of Year - Outstanding High School
This is a teaching position with added Head of Year responsibilities. Your timetable will be adjusted to allow for your pastoral duties. While previous Head of Year experience is advantageous, it is not essential. We welcome applications from experienced teachers who are ready to step into a leadership role.

- Work collaboratively with the pastoral team, year tutors, and senior leaders to foster a culture of high expectations and academic excellence.
