Park Grand Kensington is entering an exciting new era as it prepares to relaunch under Marriott as a vibrant lifestyle hotel. Featuring 132 beautifully designed bedrooms and a bold creative identity, the hotel is being reimagined around connection, character, and comfort becoming a standout destination in one of Londons most iconic neighbourhoods.
As part of our transformation, were launching an all-day dining restaurant and bar that will also provide room service from morning until late night offering elevated comfort food, drinks, and a curated night menu for both guests and late-working locals.
We are looking for a confident, capable, and service-led Night Manager to oversee the hotel during overnight hours and act as the face of the property after dark.
This is not just a security or reception role its a chance to lead the night experience across the hotel, ensuring guest comfort, F&B service delivery (including room service), safety, and team coordination are all executed with the same energy and excellence as our daytime operation.
Youll be the go-to person for any guest needs overnight, support night audits, and work closely with day management to ensure smooth handovers and consistency in service and standards.
Lead and manage all night-time operations across Front Office, Night Room Service, and Guest Services.
Be the primary point of contact for late arrivals, overnight guests, and any urgent issues delivering solutions with professionalism and warmth.
Oversee room service delivery overnight, working with the night F&B and kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality service.
Carry out property walks and checks to ensure security, cleanliness, and guest safety throughout the night.
Conduct the nightly audit process and ensure financial accuracy and reporting is completed before shift end.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate any urgent maintenance, guest relocations, or third-party callouts.
Support the Front Office and Housekeeping teams with early morning check-outs and set-up for the next day.
Prepare a detailed night handover report for the morning management team.
You have previous experience in a Night Manager or Night Supervisor role, ideally within a hotel environment.
Youre calm, confident, and able to take initiative especially when handling guest issues, emergencies, or operational decisions.
You bring excellent communication and organisational skills, and know how to balance guest service with security and compliance.
You have strong knowledge of hotel night audit procedures and front office systems (Opera knowledge preferred).
You are personable, guest-focused, and reliable someone guests feel comfortable turning to and colleagues trust to lead the night.
