The Job Role
- An Assistant General Manager to lead a busy cocktail venue.
- An Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business
- An Assistant General Manager to continually drive standards of drinks services forward within a late night venue.

- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment.

- Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
