Support the General Manager in driving the operational, financial, and experiential success of the restaurant.

Oversee compliance, HR, and health and safety standards with diligence and discretion.

Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or senior leader within a luxury or high-volume dining environment.
Impeccable attention to detail, presentation, and service excellence.
