Currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our acclaimed high-end restaurant in the heart of Chelsea. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and have a proven track record in luxury or premium venues (*no hotel background, please*), I want to hear from you!
The Role:
As Assistant General Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate guest experiences, and lead a talented team. Your expertise in labour & payroll, HR, and restaurant systems will be key to driving efficiency and excellence.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in high-end or premium restaurants (high-volume business preferred)
Strong service training background you know how to mentor and inspire a team
Confident but not arrogant leadership with humility and professionalism
Solid operational knowledge labour scheduling, payroll, HR policies, and restaurant tech (e.g., POS, reservations)
Exceptional guest focus you anticipate needs and exceed expectations
A natural problem-solver with a hands-on, proactive approach
