What will you get up to?

Lead and develop your team heading up a team of 100+, identifying superstars and developing into a team of superstars
Fully responsible for the training and ongoing development of the team, ensuring every member is supported, motivated, and set up for success.
Work side by side with the GM ensuring that everyday you are striving to be the best of the best
