We are looking for a friendly, genuine, and hardworking individual who is passionate about what they do and can join our team as an Assistant Manager for our brand new restaurant opening in early 2026.

Located in the heart of Soho London, Studio Royale is a rotisserie built on French mastery, an American sense of comfort, and the pulse of contemporary music culture. It is a modern studio: a place of craft, collaboration, and flavour where old-world technique becomes timeless, relevant, and alive today.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to meet organizational goals
- Supervise and support team members to ensure high performance and productivity
- Monitor daily activities and address any issues promptly to maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and initiatives
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Be present on the floor, a manager must touch every single table

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in managerial role
- Table service experience
- Familiar with Microsoft
