BrewDog Clerkenwell are on the lookout for a General Manager to lead the team, drive the business and deliver an incredible experience every day. This is a hands-on, people-first role where you set the pace on shift, own the commercial side of the venue and champion our beer culture.

What Youll Be Doing


Leading from the front, setting the energy and standards on every shift.
Running a tight, high-performing operation where every guest gets an amazing experience.
Managing, coaching and developing a strong team across bar, floor and kitchen.
Taking full ownership of the venues performance: P&L, stock, labour planning, cost control and sales growth.
Ensuring outstanding service, safety and cleanliness at all times.
Building a positive, motivated crew culture where people feel supported and proud of the bar.
Championing beer education, running tastings, supporting crew training and creating a space where beer knowledge is part of the everyday experience.


About You


Youll already have experience running a busy hospitality venue and be confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
