Our client, an integrated healthcare communications agency is looking for an Associate Director to join their growing PR and communications practice. You will be able to collaborate with diverse teams in the business including medical affairs, commercial & marketing, market access & HEOR and clinical trials.

The PR & comms team work on a great range of accounts and clients, from patient awareness and disease awareness to big omnichannel creative campaigns and launches.

 

(N.B The role will require three days in their central London offices).   

The Associate Director:

You will work within their PR & comms team on a range of projects and accounts Working with top pharmaceutical and healthcare clients on allocated accounts You will provide clients with effective counsel, be responsible for promoting creativity, challenging briefs, managing issues and ensuring quality service, as well as recommending innovative and strategic solutions. Setting and managing budgets on your accounts Advocating for the agency in new business, including getting involved with pitches etc. You will provide leadership and management to the client service team and be involved with interviewing and recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

Significant healthcare communications agency experience up to at least SAD Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines Experience in managing the finance of a project and tracking budgets Ability to adapt to new therapy areas, projects and accounts A passion for healthcare and making a difference through communications
