They are now seeking a Deputy General Manager to help lead their dynamic front-of-house team and uphold the standards that have earned them such high acclaim.

As Deputy General Manager you will:

Work closely with the General Manager to oversee the smooth running of daily operations in a busy, award-winning restaurant
Be leading, mentoring, and inspiring a passionate team, ensuring service excellence at all times
Deliver the highest levels of guest experience, creating lasting impressions in line with the restaurants prestigious reputation.
Be driving performance, maintaining standards, and contributing to the continued success of this landmark venue.
Have experience as a manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality
