A new after-dark, design-led opening in Mayfair is seeking a sharp, experienced Assistant General Manager to join the senior team. This is a late-night venue with high energy, premium service, and a crowd that expects the room to run flawlessly past midnight.

Youll be a visible floor leader, supporting the General Manager to deliver seamless late-night service, uphold standards, and keep the team motivated when the room is at its busiest.

Key Responsibilities

Lead nightly operations across restaurant, bar and lounge through late close (to 3:30am)
Set the pace and presence on a packed floor during peak late-night periods
Coach, motivate and develop a confident FOH team
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, rota planning and training
Keep tight communication between floor, bar and kitchen for smooth, fast service
Champion a lively, guest-focused atmosphere while maintaining premium standards

What Were Looking For

Proven AGM (or strong Senior AM) experience in busy, premium late-night environments
Calm, polished floor craft with strong people leadership
Hands-on operator who thrives on pace and volume
Comfortable with a late-night roster (evenings, weekends, early-morning finishes)
