About the Role:

As General Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for driving excellence in service, team performance, and guest experience. You will lead with passion, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while upholding the restaurants reputation for quality, consistency, and Mediterranean warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and develop a large front-of-house team.
Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance.
Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team to deliver consistency in food, beverage, and overall experience.
Uphold brand values and ensure the restaurant remains a market leader in Londons dining scene.
Drive reservations, private dining, and event opportunities to maximise revenue.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a General Manager (or senior AGM) in a high-profile, premium restaurant.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
A hands-on operator with excellent organisational and financial acumen.
Passion for Mediterranean cuisine, culture, and hospitality.
Confident communicator with a strong presence both front-of-house and in management settings.
