The Role:As General Manager, youll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue, overseeing all departments and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. Youll be a hands-on leader, focused on team development, financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of service. Working closely with senior stakeholders, youll shape strategy, drive growth, and ensure the venue continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, inspire, and develop a large management and front-line team.
Ensure smooth delivery of high-volume service across all areas.
Take full responsibility for financial performance, including budgets, P&L, and GP targets.
Uphold and exceed operational, compliance, and health & safety standards.
Recruit, train, and retain top talent across the business.
Drive sales and customer engagement through strong service delivery and creative initiatives.
Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence.
Proven experience as a General Manager in a large, high-volume hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage big teams.
