The Role

As Deputy General Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure every guest enjoys a standout experience. Youll have a hands-on role in service, training, stock control, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the GM in the smooth day-to-day running of the pub
Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams
Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
Manage rota planning, stock ordering
Help drive sales, events, and promotions
Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

What Were Looking For:

Previous management experience in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant, 12 Years experience in a 2 Rosette or Michelin Restaurant preferred.
Be a hard-working team player.

A genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Have a good time management
A positive, hands-on attitude
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
