Were recruiting a Deputy General Manager to join the leadership team for our brand-new, multi-floor Jamies Italian restaurant, opening in Leicester Square in early 2026.

As Deputy General Manager, youll play a pivotal role in delivering smooth daily operations, motivating your team, and supporting the General Manager in running an exceptional restaurant that reflects Jamies values and passion for food.

About the Role

Support the General Manager in leading a large, diverse team across multiple floors.
Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
Manage service standards, shift planning, and day-to-day restaurant flow.
Coach and develop colleagues through hands-on leadership.
Lead by example, creating a culture of pride, energy, and accountability.

About You

Experience in a senior management role within a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong people leadership able to inspire, train, and develop others.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a genuine passion for hospitality.
