As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for:
- End-to-end performance of the restaurant
- Driving revenue, profitability and cost controls
- Leading, developing and retaining a high-performing management team
- Maintaining exceptional guest experience standards
- Embedding strong culture, training and development systems
- Full P&L ownership including labour, GP and cashflow
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety and legal standards
- Proven General Manager experience in premium, high-volume restaurants
- Commercially sharp with strong P&L and people leadership capability
- Confident leading large FOH and BOH management structures
- Detail-driven, structured and performance-focused
- Comfortable operating at pace in a high-profile London environment
- Strong leadership presence with a genuine passion for hospitality
