Base Salary CIRCA £40,000 £42,000 Plus Great Benefits
Day times only, 40hr Contract
We are recruiting for a General Manager to join a new premium independent award winning Artisanal Bakery brand that will quickly be progressed to an Operations Manager.
This Bakery Group currently operates four sites and will be opening three more bakeries within the next 12 months, with one happening next week. They have already gained a great reputation for looking after their people.
We are looking for a General Manager that has previous Branded experience, a General Manager that wants to progress into an Operations Manager position within the next couple of years.
The right General Manager will have a passion for serving a great quality product and ensuring their team deliver amazing service.
