THE ROLE
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and profitable running of the club, delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing and inspiring a passionate team. Youll oversee all day-to-day operations, from F&B, events, music and membership development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and wider staff.
- Ensure service standards remain consistently high across all outlets.
- Drive member engagement and satisfaction, fostering a welcoming yet exclusive atmosphere.
- Oversee budgets, P&L, and operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with ownership and senior stakeholders to deliver the clubs vision.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and all relevant regulations.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven track record as a General Manager or senior leader within a luxury hospitality, lifestyle venue, or members club.
- Strong F&B expertise with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
- Charismatic, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
- A passion for music, culture, and the arts is highly desirable.
