What we are looking for?

We are looking for a strong General Manager who is experienced in running a busy restaurant to an excellent standard. Someone who is experienced in implementing and setting a brilliant standard of service as well as training and nurturing the team.
We are looking for a strong and charismatic manager who will bring a warm welcome to guests as well as leading with a nurturing, supportive and progressive approach.

The Role

The main purpose of this role is to lead the restaurants operations alongside a strong and motivated Front of House team. You will work closely with the Back of House management team to ensure that KPIs are met and that best practice, standards, values, and overall culture are consistently upheld throughout the restaurant.
This role requires drive to problem-solve independently, strong decision-making and organisation skills and above it all, being a people-person!

Who we are

With a lengthy history in our back, 2025 is such an exciting time for us as we have newly revamped our APPLEBEE's restaurant. Our new Executive Chef, Frankie van Loo, writes a weekly changing seafood menu cooked on our custom-made open-fire grill. Sourcing incredible fresh seafood is at the heart of what we do, prioritising traceability, quality and a minimum time from sea to plate. Our new wine list is all about low intervention wines with a particular focus on English wines.
