We are looking for a strong General Manager who is experienced in running a busy restaurant to an excellent standard. Someone who is experienced in implementing and setting a brilliant standard of service as well as training and nurturing the team.

Who we are
With a lengthy history in our back, 2025 is such an exciting time for us as we have newly revamped our APPLEBEE's restaurant. Our new Executive Chef, Frankie van Loo, writes a weekly changing seafood menu cooked on our custom-made open-fire grill. Sourcing incredible fresh seafood is at the heart of what we do, prioritising traceability, quality and a minimum time from sea to plate. Our new wine list is all about low intervention wines with a particular focus on English wines.
